What we collect

This may include your name or artist name, email address, area or borough, information about your music or project, recording plans, access needs and information you choose to provide about financial or other barriers.

Why we use it

We use application information to assess applications, communicate decisions, arrange and deliver sessions, keep appropriate records, follow up on outcomes and understand the impact of our community activity.

Who receives it

Access is limited to people who need the information to administer East End Music Room CIC's work and service providers used to operate the programme. Website applications are processed using Web3Forms and delivered to our organisation email account.

We do not sell applicant information.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for programme administration, queries, financial records, grant reporting or evidence of CIC impact. We review records and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict processing or object to certain uses. Contact hello@eastendmusicroom.org. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Financial & access information

Please do not send sensitive supporting documents unless we specifically ask for them. Where possible, we record that eligibility evidence has been checked instead of retaining a copy.

Decisions & marketing

Applications are reviewed by people. We do not use solely automated decision-making to decide who receives a subsidised session. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
